Dustin Blanco Alvarez

 

6, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012.

He was an avid outdoorsman, an Eagle Scout, and a gifted mechanic. In his short time here, Dustin touched many hearts with his infectious smile, his laughter, his eagerness to selflessly put others’ needs before his own, and his charismatic charm.

He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Candace Alvarez of Bremerton, Wash.; a daughter, Raylie; brother Jesse and nephew Devlin of Bremerton, Wash.; grandparents John and Barb Osler of Eureka; Raymond and Ann Titchbourne of Mesa, Ariz.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends from around the country who will carry him close to their hearts.

A funeral service is July 21, 2012, at Our Lady Of Mercy Catholic Church at 10 a.m. in Eureka. The potluck reception following the service will be at Jamie and Justin Sartori’s at 6981 Airport Road, Eureka.
